Keeping Records 1: How to keep evidence, accuracy and confidentially in a daily format?
I have designed this sheet (specifically for Secondary School Literacy Coaches) to help overcome the problem of keeping a record of what you have accomplished while still maintaining complete confidentially of the teachers that you are working with. I have attempted to design it so it does not require much time to fill in but it still keeps an accurate record of your day’s events. This includes a list of codes that you can circle or highlight to give you a frame of reference when you reflect upon your notes at a later date. Furthermore it can be cross-referenced easily with your confidential notes that you take during your Coaching Conversations and it has a possible use in your PRP as a source of evidence.
Keeping Records 2: Keeping track of daily activities:
To complement and supplement the schedule sheet above I have also created a daily planner that keeps tack of the jobs that you have to complete as well as documenting what you have completed. It is a simple organiser that you can list what you have to complete and what you have completed.
